Yes, you can. If our service doesn't meet your expectations, you can ask for a refund within 15 days of your initial payment. Are you running low on credits? No worries! Top-Ups will allow you to purchase characters for text to speech conversion or minutes for audio transcription without having to change your current plan.

How can I delete my account?

Can I switch my subscription plan?
Of course! You have the liberty to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you switch, the payment is automatically prorated. Additionally, you can choose between a monthly or an annual subscription - the latter can save you up to 40%.
